Took a picture of bunch of flower at the roof top garden.

I don't know what this call???

I took this outside of the National Library (Singapore). Problem I have no idea what is the name of the plant???

Now, I know what the this name is called. Its called Costus "Red Rose". The family name is Costaceae and the common name is called Dwarf Orange Ginger.
